Program Educational Objectives

• To train students on the current theories and studies in developmental psychology, on the developmental research and data analyses methods, so that they would have the background and ethical principles required for doctoral education.
• To train students so that they are knowledgeable about the environmental and biological factors that underlie the optimal development of an individual from conception to death.  Based on these research findings they can develop intervention programs and work at nongovernmental and governmental institutions in both practical and theoretical areas.
• To train students so that they are preferred in ministries, nongovernmental and governmental institutions, and private sectors in relation to human development.
• Graduates of this program are accepted to Ph.D programs of the prominent national and international universities.
