Program Educational Objectives

• The graduates are researchers and specialists working in the field of traffic and transportation psychology. They may have important roles in the distinguished domestic and international universities and research institutions in making policies, plans and applications on accident prevention by and taking account the human, vehicle and environment interaction into account and using an interdisciplinary approach.
• The graduates are the researchers and specialists who are planning and conducting comparative and cross-cultural research and studies in the distinguished domestic and international universities and research institutions.  
• The graduates are the researchers and specialists who are developing or playing a critical role in development of measurement tools, inventories, training modules and prototypes in the distinguished domestic and international universities and research institutions.
• The graduates are the researchers and specialists who are primarily preferred by the psychology, traffic and transportation, road safety, and safety contended PhD and exchange programs of the distinguished domestic and international universities.
• The graduates are the researchers and specialists who are primarily preferred for the traffic, transportation and road safety related global scientific research and projects in the distinguished domestic and international universities and research institutions.   
• The graduates are the researchers and specialists who are primarily preferred for the academic positions in psychology and traffic and transportation departments of the distinguished universities.
• The graduates are primarily preferred as traffic and transportation psychologists, trainers, and consultants doing research and development, making assessment and evaluation, developing strategies and trainings on road, air, marine and rail transportation safety issues in the pioneer state, private and international organizations.
• In the distinguished domestic and international universities, prominent state and private organizations the graduates are primarily included in the human resources who are developing policies, conducting prevention and intervention studies which are needed for safer and higher quality human health and life in traffic and transportation settings.
