Social Policy Non-Thesis M.S. Program
Program Outcomes
Our MS Program aims that our students acquire the following knowledge, skills and behaviors upon their graduation:
- To correlate sociology with other social sciences, such as sociology, economics, political science
- To interpret and utilize knowledge produced in the field of social policy through an interdisciplinary understanding
- To propose models of social policies based on societal needs and drawn from a multitude of theoretical and methodological approaches utilized in social sciences
- To facilitate the applicability of social policies based on societal needs and drawn from a multitude of theoretical and methodological approaches utilized in social sciences
- To conduct impact analyses of social policies based on societal needs and drawn from a multitude of theoretical and methodological approaches utilized in social sciences
- To interpret the applications and deficiencies of social policies from a viewpoint of various social policy concepts
- To renew and improve their professional accumulation by following up-to-date publications and research programs
- To produce original solutions within and outside the discipline and at interdisciplinary levels
- To be aware of the social, environmental, and economic effects in the application and deficiencies of social policies
