Program Educational Objectives

  • Graduates of the Industrial and Organizational (IO) Psychology master’s program work in Human Resources-related functions such as job analyses, performance evaluation, recruitment, personnel selection, motivation, person-job fit, safety culture, career counseling, training and development in organizations, and advanced statistics.
  • Graduates of the Industrial and Organizational (IO) Psychology master’s program are especially preferred to work within the human resources, personnel selections, performance evaluation, training and development, planning, and employee safety departments of the Private and Public Firms.
  • Graduates with an academic orientation are preferred by PhD programs of related disciplines in locally and internationally acclaimed universities.
  • Graduates are preferred by many national and international corporations for them to work in the above-mentioned areas.
