Program Outcomes

Human Resources Development in Education Non-Thesis Master’s Program graduates are expected to;

  1. comprehend and interpret knowledge related to administration, curriculum development instructions, evaluation and guidance and counseling;
  2. apply theoretical knowledge and skills acquired in human resources development field in real work settings;
  3. perform their professional duties in a systematic and productive manner;
  4. maximize human capital and effectiveness in their institutions through short and long term planning of human resource education activities;
  5. produce solutions to training problems of their institutions by identifying training needs, developing training programs, assessing training and performance, and carrying out follow-up;
  6. use educational technologies in designing training various environments;
  7. improve themselves in line with up-to-date knowledge, perspective and skills in the area of human resource development;
  8. conduct research by using scientific methods and techniques on human resource development and share the results in written and verbal forms;
  9. design and conduct their  studies considering the ethical principles.
