Program Educational Objectives

METU Food engineering master of science program graduates are expected to  

  • Improve their food engineering knowledge in food technology, food safety, food biotechnology, food microbiology or food chemistry.
  • Take pioneering, entrepreneurial, and innovative roles in private sector or public enterprises for practice and research in food processing and food safety areas, or continue their career development through graduate studies at outstanding universities.
