Program Educational Objectives

Graduates of METU European Studies MSc Program;

• Are specialized on the relationship between the European countries and their global relations and work as director or as specialist at national and international organizations and NGOs which operate in those fields.
• Are preferred to work as researchers for the European Studies departments and centers worldwide and accepted to doctoral programs at those fields.
• Are trained to work as a director, consultant and researcher at the public and the private sector and international institutions in Turkey and abroad.
• Can work in researcher and executive positions in Europe and Turkey for the World’s leading Area/Europe Research Centers and distinguished Think Tanks.
• Have the opportunity to pursue their careers at the Europe Sections of the leading media organizations.
