Program Educational Objectives

The graduates of METU ESS Interdisciplinary Ph.D. Program:

• propose and realise research and development projects in the field of Earth System Science (in the context of climate change, nature and human use, natural resources, energy, sustainability, economics and policy) and work as a  team member or project director.
• work at field related governamental institutions and private sector as an expert, manager, and consultant.
• work as academic staff and/or lecturer at national and international privileg universities (mainly at interdisciplinary programs)  and they supervise graduate students.
