• Works as an academician in national and international universities, raise students, advise graduate thesis work.
• Works as consultant in private and public institutes in designing, developing, and evaluating innovative educational-instructional programs.
• Works as consultant in Ministry of Education departments and schools in instructional design and technology supported instructional processes.
• Takes part in Research and Development processes as expert work force.
