Program Educational Objectives

The graduates with M.Sc. degree in Archaeometry:

• They work as experts, researchers, team leaders, or managers in the museums (both state funded and private) and in the organizations that conduct Archaeometrical and Archaeological work.
• They get admitted to Ph.D. programs of top universities in Turkey and other countries in the field.
• They share the knowledge and findings they produce with others working in the field as well as with the society by means of written and oral presentations.
• They are employed in organizations (companies) that conducts conservation and restoration of cultural heritage.
• They work in excavations and especially in underwater excavations.
• They take part in the national researches as group managers or researchers.
