Program Outcomes

IAM Actuarial Sciences Master of Science Non Thesis Degree Program aims to provide students with the following knowledge, skills and behavior:  

  1. They can establish connections between statistics, economics and administrative sciences and actuarial science applications.
  2. They have enough knowledge to success in actuarial exams.
  3. They can lead group action, develop solutions for problems and take responsibility.
  4. They have knowledge in present scientific literature and methodology, and they have the ability to look critically.
  5. They have developed adequate English language skills.
  6. They can share and make presentations of their research both verbally and in written form.
  7. They can work as part of a group in interdisciplinary and disciplinary studies.
  8. They have academic moral and exhibit it in all their work.
  9. They can follow new technologies and they have the skills to understand algorithms in the field of study.
  10. They can work independently in issues that require expertise.
